The pousada is located on one of the most idyllic and paradisiacal beaches in the state of São Paulo, with calm and crystal-clear waters, about 2,5 km distant from the Condominio Costa Verde Tabatinga. Located between Caragua and Ubatuba, the pousada is close to the major touristic centers in the region, while maintaining proximity to nature. The lot, an ecological resort, has 120.000 square meters, with a total constructed area of 1.400 m² (chalés, apartments, restaurant and the main mansion). The property is fully developed, with complete infrastructure.
The construction was approved by the municipal authorities and is probably the last opportunity for anyone who wants to develop a business in this region, less than 200m from the beach and with a significant level of exclusivity.

Further considerations
The property is in an area of environmental protection, but all buildings are already legalized by the Ubatuba authorities.
Despite being in a rural area, the property is registered as urban construction which may facilitate eventual expansion, construction and other projects, respecting legal limits and the city´s approval.
