This B & B has lovely landscape views situated between the seashore and the mountains covered with rain forest. It is located in the Jabaquara beach district, about 2 km from Paraty's Historical Center.
The B & B is built in Colonial traditional style from Paraty and has very cozy decoration from different parts of Brazil.
In the inner garden there are comfortable lounge chairs and a swimming pool equipped with hydro massage.
The B & B has 8 suites with 4 different types, some of them with hydro massage. Some of the suites can accommodate 3 persons.
All suites are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, interphone, refrigerator, LED TV with SKY channels, hairdryer, shower and private balcony.
The suites are tastefully decorated and have Brazilian fruit names.
On the ground floor there is a reception and a breakfast room with views of the mountains.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room, warmly decorated.
There is a bar, office, kitchen, laundry and a warehouse of 18 m² and parking for 10 cars and Wi-Fi and cameras.
On the second floor there is a flat with living room, kitchen, one bed room and bath room. The flat can accommodate the owner or manager or could be transformed in another suite.

The B & B was built in 2012. It has 6 employees. The reason for selling is moving to another country.
This B & B has been on Booking since November 2012 and has got excellent ratings, between 9,9 and 9,2.
