The operating flour factory in the Penza region (Russia) is on sale.
They make flour: rye - peeled and seeded; wheat flour - high, 1 and 2 grades.
The power of the company is 3000 tons of finished products per month.
The products are sold both in a bag and in bulk - by flour trucks.
We have our own fleet of vehicles: AC-25 flour tanker; MAZ tractor; dump truck GAZ; forklift truck AP-41030.
The production complex includes:
1. Administrative building with its own laboratory - 110.4 sq.m.
The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment that allows to carry out incoming control of raw materials and the quality of production.
2. Flour-milling building No. 1 - 3 318 sq.m.
Equipped with a flour-grinding line with a capacity of up to 2,400 tons of flour per month.
3. Warehouse of flour products in sack containers - 1002 sq.m.
Designed for a one-time storage of 350 tons of flour.
4. Grain warehouse No. 16, with a lift, a grain pit, a bucket elevator, a conveyor gallery - 1211.4 sq.m. Designed for storage of 4.5 thousand tons of grain.
5. Silo warehouse at building No. 1 - designed to receive and store 750 tons of grain.
6. Warehouse for bulk storage of silage-type flour - 6 cones, with unloading into car trucks. Designed for a one-time storage of 635 tons of flour.
7. Warehouse for material storage - 268.2 sq.m.
8. Power substation - 94.9 sq.m.
9. Staff building - 52 sq.m.
10. Tooling machine shop - 170 sq.m.
Equipped with operating machines: roll-cutting, 2 lathes, drilling, emery, and also lifting mechanisms.
11. Complex of garage boxes and mechanical workshops - 946.7 sq.m.
Designed for storage and maintenance of 12 vehicles.
13. Fire station, with an underground reservoir with it - 62 sq.m.
14. Boiler room - 66 sq.m.
