Ad Details:

This safety sensitive position will assist and work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to perform the necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property. This position is responsible for maintenance of the residential apartment homes, public space, outside grounds and equipment. Position Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Pool certification preferred; prefer HVAC certification, boiler certification if appropriate.

Experience: One year maintenance experience in residential property experience.

Physical & Cognitive: Frequent standing and walking, as well as occasional sitting. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds. Occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing.
