The Center is located in the Veneto region and is in operation for about 15 years .
Recently, the facility has been renovated with an investment of over 30 million Euros ; were changed both the boiler and the turbine therefore the actual power today is 21 MWe .
The initial authorization dates back to 30.05.1996 .
The technology used is the most advanced and modern .
The panel has been put back in production since 2011. The plant is spread over an area of 8 hectares of land .
They sold the shares of the Company Owner .
Following the last year revamping the system has exceeded expectations of production.
In 2012 he had a net production of over 140,000,000 kWh / year ( already net of 10-15% of production used for own consumption ) .
On this production, the plant benefits from the feed-in tariff for green certificates until the end of 2025 ( approximately quantified in total 0,16 € / kWh).

The Budget Request for the sale of 50 % of the shares amounts to EUR 55,500,000.00 , and the actual disbursement of reimbursement by the Purchaser will be decreased by approximately 50 % of the ten-year loan in place for the replacement of the boiler and generators ( the outstanding loan amounted to approximately Euro 26,000,000.00 ) .
The statute provides Corporate business decisions and authorizations for 75% to be paid by new buyers
The raw material is available in an amount at least three times higher than actual need , with consolidated contracts .
The conduct of the Plant requires no special professional because management relies on a staff of well tested.
Following receipt of a LOI signed by the Investor , we will proceed with a direct meeting with the property for examination of all documentation .
