Arkansas Riverside Rental is just the spot to relax after summer fun in Southern Colorado! This little adobe home is located within 20 yards of the mighty Arkansas River. Recently remodled, this two bedroom one bath home The futon in the living room also features a washer/dryer.
In the living room the futon couch falls flat to make a third bed (double).

The kitchen is larger than most and a nice size dining area offer cozy meals together with family or friends.

The sunporch located just off the kitchen is a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The patio in the evening is a great place to watch the stars and cook up a few burgers. Around either side of the house are flowers gardens plus an herbal garden with a raspberry patch and mint. In July-Aug enjoy fresh yummy plums right off the tree!

World famous Royal Gorge, the suspended bridge over a jaw-dropping heights also includes an amusement park with a restaurant, ice cream and other delights.

Water rafting & kyaking in some of the best wild water in the U.S.
Hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, train rides or even Hot Springs dipping are all a daily part of our life here in Southern Colorado.
