Neighbors: north: Danube (open 120 ml) -east: the sea wall promenade,-south: Tulcea road access-Mahmudia across the road as housing,-west: the park and the sea wall promenade. The hotel is P 3.The hotel's ground does not move any cable or water pipe (except our utilities do). It was built in 1982 and had 16 rooms, was renovated, expanded and modernized in 2004-2005 when it had built 15 rooms, pool, sea wall, landing, parking, parks, barbeque, conference hall. There are only 4 rooms with balcony. At this moment works are being built a playground for children, a place for. fire, and barbeque party and an extension of the sea wall promenade above the Danube (in console) for the installation of canopy. In the fall we will begin construction of another 5 rooms all face the Danube and balcony. Hotel is the most beautiful of the delta and beyond. This year will be much better because we have more contracts, Santa highly rated by travel agencies and are recognized as having the best service at the hotel clean
